I offer authentic empathy. My personal experiences as an entrepreneur, a parent of neurodiverse children, the daughter responsible for a parent with neurocognitive decline, and as a real person working on her own mental health challenges, allow me to provide a supportive and inclusive space that comes from a place of empathy that promotes self exploration and growth.
This is my way of helping others bridge the gaps that keep them from where they want to be, while respecting diverse experiences that foster success and wellbeing.
*Please note, I am not a clinician. I recommend that clients seek out professional advice and care, as this is something that I needed to do before I started helping others.*
